Comentariu expert al Prof. Dr. Guido Posern, director al Institutului de Chimie Fiziologică, Facultatea de Medicină, Universitatea Martin-Luther din Halle-Wittenberg:
Am o impresie foarte bună. Asamblarea este simplă. Totul funcționează, cu excepția ocularului de reglare inclus (nu văd nimic cu acesta; posibil să fie un model greșit, dar nu este absolut necesar). Contrastul faza este impecabil în toate cele trei obiective pentru culturi celulare standard de celule de mamifere. Plăcile de fază sunt reglate corect și etichetate clar. Până acum nu am descoperit niciun dezavantaj față de celelalte instrumente pe care le avem, unele dintre ele fiind mult mai scumpe. Câmpul luminos nu este foarte relevant pentru noi, dar pare să funcționeze bine. Rămâne de văzut dacă este suficient de robust pentru a rezista la utilizarea de către studenți, dar până acum instrumentul face o impresie solidă și ușor de utilizat.
Concluzie: un microscop excelent pentru culturi celulare pentru aplicații standard în cercetare, cu un raport calitate-preț excelent!
