The CLS-CCD filter filter lets you eliminate some of the most important lines of light pollution and let pass all the most important wavelengths emitted by weak objects such as the H-alpha, H-beta, OIII and SII lines. Compared to the UHC filters, it doesn't let pass the infrared radiation then, for photographic use, it doesn't require an additional IR-cut filter.
This CLS-CCD filter offers a high transmissivity (greater than 95% in almost all of the visible spectrum). How to use the filters: The PrimaLuceLab-filters are always available in two diameters: 31.8mm and 50.8mm. These standards are commonly used by telescopes and their accessories. For example, depending on their function, they can be used with a CCD ora A DSLR camera (using appropriate photo adapters), but also screwed to optical accessories such as eyepieces or diagonals.
